An 11-member team, called the offense, has possession of the ball. Try to move the ball across the field by throwing or running with it. Crossing the goal line and entering the end zone, to score points.
The other team is called defense. He will try to stop the offensive team and make them give up possession of the ball. The roles will be changed when the offensive team scores or is forced to give up possession. It will only stop when all 4 quarters of the game have been played.
