PlayStation Game Baddies

Do you already know the bad guys before you play? In some games it is easy. In any WWII game, you know you have to shoot the men with skulls in their hats. Here are a couple of PlayStation game baddies.

Killing zone. Helghast. The Helghast lack individuality and appear to be acting as cold-coordinated machines, rather than human beings. The only way to deal with them is to kill or be killed.

Silent Hill. Nurses Zombies lack the ability to reason, so they can be killed without guilt or shame. The fact that she’s a nurse means that by attacking you, she’s acting out of place. Again kill or die.

When you go through the average game reviews, you’ll see some reference to anonymously bland bad guys, hobbling around looking imposing. They all make us feel uncomfortable but beating them is very satisfying.

Star Wars has the deadly stormtroopers, but in the Star Wars game the force unleashed its 30 new enemies to put the apprentice’s superpowers to the test. Old school stormtroopers can’t cut it in this game.

So unless you’re just into mind training or some kind of hippy, you’ve likely encountered hundreds of enemies. Another great enemy is the huge boss Leviathan in Resistance 2. Pursue ants like troops and smash helicopters out of the sky.

You just have to love both the enemy and the hero. In some games you can play anyone. Enjoy your game.
