Spiritual meaning – What the colors mean in your life and your spiritual walk

Colors have their own special influence on all aspects of life. Surrounding yourself with a particular color will bring out its special qualities to you in a greater way. For example, if you’re facing a day where you’ll need the courage to express yourself creatively, wearing something red will give you a boost, or you can try eating red foods like strawberries, apples, or tomatoes.

Wearing violet will make you feel very spiritual, while wearing green will make you feel ready to face a strenuous day at work. If you wake up in a really bad mood and need something to bring you out of the doldrums, try wearing lots of bright yellow. Eat eggs for breakfast and have a banana at snack time for a real energizing treat.
