Record and backup your Nintendo Wii games

There are two ways to back up your Nintendo Wii games. We all know how expensive these Wii game discs are. Therefore, it is a must for all players to treasure them as even a scratch can render the CD completely useless. If you find it difficult to make sure the disc does not get scratched, there are two ways to do this. The hard way and the easy way!

The difficult or old-fashioned way is to install a Wii mod-chips inside the console. What you will need to do is solder the Wii mod chip onto the processing unit. This will help you create a backup within the console. This is a technical job, and if it fails, you could end up damaging the console. Also, custom game consoles are not considered under warranty, even if they are new.

The easiest or newest way to create backups is by using Nintendo Wii game copy software programs. These programs are freely available on the Internet, and you should download the most reputable one and install it on your PC. Once the program is installed, you can put the original Nintendo disc in the disc drive and wait for the program to read it. Once it’s read, you’ll need to save the game to a preferred location from which you can access it later. This process takes some time depending on the size of the game. Once the game is saved, you are ready to make as many copies as you want at any time.

Both of the above methods are widely used by Nintendo Wii players around the world. However, the latter method is more accepted these days as it has no problems. So in case you haven’t made up your mind, it’s time for you to choose the method that suits you best and start backing up those expensive games as soon as you can.
