3 Ways to Eat Chocolate Cake and Lose Weight – wikiHow

Although there is no such thing as a “Chocolate Cake Diet,” that doesn’t mean eating chocolate cake won’t help you lose weight. Here are 3 quick things you can do to make chocolate cake part of your diet:

1. Do not eat cakes or sweets after 5 pm

If you’re going to have any kind of sweet food no matter what, at least have it before 5 p.m. The later in the day you wait to eat junk food, the more likely it is to turn into fat. By not eating junk food after 5:00 p.m., you won’t let extra carbs and fat sit in your stomach while you sleep. The earlier in the day you can eat junk food, the better.

2. Exercise more

The more exercise you do, the more calories you will burn. The more calories you’re burning, the more “extra calories” you’ll have to spend on junk food. If you exercise 3 times a week already, in 1 or 2 days only dedicated to cardio. Try to go for 30-45 minutes as intense as you can, and those extra chunks of chocolate won’t affect you as much.

3. Follow the ‘3 bite rule’

This technique works wonders to help you curb cravings right away and still make sure you lose the weight you need. If you follow the 3-bite rule, you’re also practicing self-control, which is something you NEED to have to stay in shape.

To use the ‘3 bite rule’ you simply have to do one thing: when you eat any type of junk food or dessert, only take 3 bites.

It might be 2am and you just have to eat some chocolate, but make sure you stop after 3 bites and nothing happens!

So here are 3 of the simplest ways to boost fat loss, get in better shape, and curb your sweet tooth.
